The quark quasi Sivers function and quasi Boer-Mulders function in a spectator diquark model
Chentao Tan, Zhun Lu

TL;DR
This paper calculates quasi-distributions related to the proton's internal structure using a spectator model, demonstrating their approximation to standard distributions at high momentum, which aids lattice QCD studies.
Contribution
It introduces a method to compute T-odd quasi-distributions in a spectator model and shows their convergence to standard distributions at large momentum P_z.
Findings
Quasi-distributions approximate standard ones within 20-30% for P_z ≥ 2.5-3 GeV.
Analytical reduction from Euclidean correlators to light-cone distributions.
Numerical results for u and d quarks across different x and P_z regions.
Abstract
We compute the leading-twist T-odd quasi-distributions of the proton in a spectator model with scalar and axial-vector diquarks: the quasi Sivers function and the quasi Boer-Mulders function . We obtain the quark-quark correlators in the four-dimensional Euclidian space by replacing and in the light-cone frame with and . We show by analytical calculation that the results of and derived from the correlators can reduce to the expressions of the corresponding standard T-odd distributions and in the limit . The numerical results for these quasi-distributions and their first transverse moments for the and quarks in different and regions are also…
