Charged Higgs contribution to rare top-quark decay
S. Slabospitskii

TL;DR
This paper investigates the rare top-quark decay involving charged Higgs contributions, highlighting its potential as a new channel for charged Higgs searches beyond Standard Model predictions.
Contribution
It provides the first detailed calculation of the charged Higgs impact on the rare decay t → b W b ar{b} and discusses its significance for experimental searches.
Findings
Charged Higgs can significantly affect the decay rate of t → b W b ar{b}
This decay channel offers a new avenue for charged Higgs detection
Background processes are analyzed to assess experimental feasibility
Abstract
The calculation of the rare -quark decay within the Standard Model as well as the charged Higgs contribution to this decay is presented. The role of possible background processes is discussed. It is shown that this decay provides an additional possibility for charged Higgs searches.
