TL;DR
This paper explores the complex dynamics of deformed SYK models, focusing on parameter regions where different couplings compete, and studies the crossover behaviors between fixed points using quantum mechanics analogies.
Contribution
It provides insights into the crossover phenomena between SYK fixed points in deformed models, highlighting the non-perturbative regimes where couplings are comparable.
Findings
Identification of parameter regions with competing SYK couplings
Analysis of crossover dynamics between fixed points
Use of quantum mechanics framework to study SYK transits
Abstract
This note discusses examples of 0+1-dimensional Liouvillean dynamics instigated by the various deformations of the Sachdev-Ye-Kitaev (SYK) model. In reference to such deformations the main focus is on the regions of parameter space where the competing SYK couplings are of comparable strength and can not be treated as each others perturbations in the vicinity of the conformal fixed points corresponding to the pure SYK_q models with different values of . Crossovers between such fixed points ('SYK transits') can be efficiently studied in the equivalent framework of single-particle quantum mechanics.
