Fedele Lizzi, Luca Scala, Patrizia Vitale

TL;DR
This paper explores the structure of $ ho$-Minkowski spacetime, focusing on its quantum symmetries and the implications for localization and observers within this noncommutative geometry.
Contribution
It introduces the $ ho$-Poincaré quantum group and analyzes how localization and observer concepts are modified in this noncommutative spacetime.
Findings
Identification of the $ ho$-Poincaré quantum group symmetry.
Analysis of localizability in $ ho$-Minkowski spacetime.
Insights into quantum observer concepts in noncommutative geometry.
Abstract
We consider the -Minkowski spacetime, a model with linear noncommutativity involving the time and the azimuthal angle. We study its quantum symmetries, the -Poincar\'e quantum group, and analyse the concepts of localizability and quantum observers.
