TL;DR
This paper calculates four-loop quark and gluon form factors in massless QCD, providing essential components for high-precision LHC cross section predictions for Drell-Yan and Higgs production.
Contribution
It presents the first complete analytic four-loop form factors for photon-quark and Higgs-gluon interactions in massless QCD, enabling next-to-next-to-next-to-next-to-leading order calculations.
Findings
Analytic expressions for four-loop form factors provided.
Master integrals for complex calculations are shown.
Results facilitate N^4LO cross section computations at the LHC.
Abstract
We compute the photon-quark and Higgs-gluon form factors to four-loop order within massless perturbative Quantum Chromodynamics. Our results constitute ready-to-use building blocks for NLO cross sections for Drell-Yan processes and gluon-fusion Higgs boson production at the LHC. We present complete analytic expressions for both form factors and show several of the most complicated master integrals.
