Weyl and Majorana Spinors as Pure Goldstone Bosons
Luca Fabbri

TL;DR
This paper demonstrates that Weyl and Majorana spinors are pure Goldstone bosons with no real degrees of freedom, highlighting their unique role in the structure of singular spinors.
Contribution
It shows that Weyl and Majorana spinors lack real degrees of freedom and can be interpreted as pure Goldstone states, a novel insight into their fundamental nature.
Findings
Weyl and Majorana spinors have no real degrees of freedom.
These spinors can be interpreted as pure Goldstone bosons.
Singular spinors exhibit a structure with scalar degrees of freedom plus Goldstone components.
Abstract
General spinors in polar form display a structure that is made up by real scalar degrees of freedom plus six components which can be recognized as Goldstone bosons: in the present paper we show that of all singular spinors, Weyl and Majorana spinors have no real degree of freedom and so that they can be interpreted as pure Goldstone states.
