TL;DR
This paper investigates how Coulomb interactions affect current cross-correlations in quantum Hall edge state colliders at filling factor two, revealing non-analytical dependence on source transparency due to electron-electron interactions.
Contribution
It introduces a non-equilibrium bosonization approach to analyze Coulomb effects on current correlations in quantum Hall colliders at filling factor two, highlighting non-analytical behavior.
Findings
Current cross-correlations depend non-analytically on source transparency.
Fano factor exhibits similar non-analytical dependence.
Electron-electron interactions significantly influence non-equilibrium states.
Abstract
We use the non-equilibrium bosonization technique to study the effects of Coulomb interactions in mesoscopic electron colliders based on quantum Hall (QH) edge states at filing factor . The current cross-correlations and Fano factor, which carry the information about the exclusion statistics, are calculated. It is shown that both these quantities have a non-analytical dependence on the source transparency, which scales as at small . This is the consequence of electron-electron interactions in the outgoing non-equilibrium states of the collider.
