TL;DR
This paper reports the first search for the decay $B_s^0 o K_S^0$ using Belle data, finding no signal and setting an upper limit on its branching fraction.
Contribution
First experimental search for the decay $B_s^0 o K_S^0$ and establishment of an upper limit on its branching fraction.
Findings
No signal observed for the decay.
Set a 90% confidence upper limit of $8.16 imes 10^{-6}$ on the branching fraction.
Utilized 121.4 fb$^{-1}$ of data at the $(5S)$ resonance.
Abstract
We report the results of the first search for the decay using of data collected at the resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy collider. We observe no signal and set a 90\% confidence-level upper limit of on the branching fraction.
