Uncertainties due to form factors and SU(3) symmetry breaking analyzed.
Comparison of lepton flavor effects on cross sections presented.
Abstract
The theoretical results for the total cross sections and polarization components of the lepton produced in the charged current induced quasielastic scattering leading to hyperons () have been presented assuming T invariance. The theoretical uncertainties arising due to the use of different vector, axial vector and pseudoscalar form factors as well as the effect of SU(3) symmetry breaking have been studied. We have also presented, for the first time, a comparison of the total cross sections for the production of leptons to facilitate the implications of lepton flavor universality~(LFU) in the quasielastic reactions induced by the antineutrinos of all flavors i.e., .
