Shunan Zhang, Yi Jiang, Zewen Chen, Wenbin Qian

TL;DR
This paper investigates how the decay parameter alpha can enhance the measurement sensitivity of the CKM angle gamma in Lambda_b^0 decays, potentially improving precision and aiding CP violation searches.
Contribution
It introduces the use of the decay parameter alpha as an additional observable to improve gamma sensitivity in Lambda_b^0 decays.
Findings
Adding the observable alpha improves gamma sensitivity by up to 60%
Lambda_b^0 decays are promising for measuring gamma and searching for CP violation
Feasibility studies support the potential of this method
Abstract
The sensitivity of the CKM angle in decays has been studied using the decay parameter as an observable in addition to the decay rate asymmetry. Feasibility studies show that adding this observable improves the sensitivity on by up to 60\% and makes the decays one of the most promising places to measure angle and to search for violation in -baryon decays.
