This study investigates loop-induced decays of the neutral Higgs boson into gamma gamma, Z gamma, and gluon pairs within 3-Higgs Doublet Models, highlighting potential enhancements and distinguishing features from the Standard Model.
Contribution
It provides a detailed analysis of charged scalar contributions to Higgs decay modes in 3HDMs and explores how these models can be differentiated based on decay patterns and parameter effects.
Findings
Enhanced Zγ decay in certain parameter regions.
Distinct gluonic decay signatures for different 3HDM types.
Decay rates influenced by VEV ratios and Higgs mixing angles.
Abstract
In this paper, we analyze the loop induced decays of neutral Higgs boson into pairs of photons, gluons, and Z in 3-Higgs Doublet Models (3HDMs), where all the doublets have non-zero vacuum expectation values. In the 3HDM, there are contributions to these decays from loops of charged scalars that are not present in the Standard Model. We find an enhancement in the channel with respect to the Standard Model prediction in some parameter region while respecting constraints from the measurements of at the LHC. The charged Higgs bosons lead to the enhancement of decay mode in some part of the parameter space of the 3HDM. Then, we discuss the correlations between the decay modes and . Moreover, we study Type-I and Type-Z of…
