Bikram Ghosh, Sourav Dutta, Sudeshna Mukerji, Subenoy Chakraborty

TL;DR
This paper investigates a static traversable wormhole with a quadratic shape function, analyzing its embedding in spacetime and studying the trajectories of particles and light around it.
Contribution
It introduces a specific quadratic shape function for wormholes and provides analytical and graphical analysis of their embedding and geodesic properties.
Findings
Embedding characteristics of the wormhole are detailed.
Timelike and null geodesics are analyzed in the quadratic shape function geometry.
The study enhances understanding of particle and light trajectories around such wormholes.
Abstract
The paper deals with static traversable wormhole having shape function a polynomial of the radial coordinate of degree 2. Embedding of the wormholes in space-time is examined both analytically and graphically. Also both timelike and null geodesics are studied in this wormhole geometry.
