Marat Akhmet, Mehmet Onur Fen, Astrit Tola

TL;DR
This paper investigates strange non-chaotic attractors in continuous and discrete systems, demonstrating the existence of unpredictable trajectories using a novel numerical sequential test.
Contribution
It introduces the presence of unpredictable trajectories in strange non-chaotic attractors and applies a new numerical technique to detect unpredictability.
Findings
Unpredictable trajectories are found in systems with strange non-chaotic attractors.
The sequential test effectively detects unpredictability in these systems.
The study broadens understanding of dynamics in non-chaotic attractors.
Abstract
Continuous and discrete time systems possessing strange non-chaotic attractors are under investigation. It is demonstrated that unpredictable trajectories exist in the dynamics. A recent numerical technique, the sequential test, is utilized to show the presence of unpredictability.
