Bastian B. Brandt, Francesca Cuteri, Gergely Endrodi

TL;DR
This paper investigates the thermodynamic behavior of QCD with non-zero isospin chemical potential, focusing on the equation of state and phase diagram at various temperatures using improved lattice methods.
Contribution
It provides new lattice QCD results for the equation of state and phase diagram at non-zero isospin chemical potential with physical quark masses.
Findings
Determined the QCD equation of state at non-zero isospin chemical potential.
Mapped the phase diagram in the (isospin density, temperature) plane.
Presented results for thermodynamic properties at different temperatures.
Abstract
We study the thermodynamic properties of QCD at nonzero isospin chemical potential using improved staggered quarks at physical quark masses. In particular, we discuss the determination of the equation of state at zero and nonzero temperatures and show results. Using the results for the isospin density , we also determine the phase diagram in the -plane.
