Parinya Karndumri, Chawakorn Maneerat

TL;DR
This paper constructs a broad class of supersymmetric Janus solutions in dyonic ISO(7) gauged supergravity, revealing new interfaces in dual 3D field theories and embedding in massive type IIA string theory.
Contribution
It introduces new Janus solutions in dyonic ISO(7) supergravity, including all known solutions, and explores their interpretation as conformal interfaces in dual field theories.
Findings
Found Janus solutions with various supersymmetries and symmetries.
Embedded solutions into massive type IIA string theory.
Identified physical and unphysical singularities in solutions.
Abstract
We give a large class of new supersymmetric Janus solutions in dyonic maximal gauged supergravity encompassing all known solutions appearing recently. We consider invariant sector in which the gauged supergravity admits four supersymmetric vacua with unbroken supersymmetries and , , and symmetries, respectively. We find Janus solutions preserving supersymmetries and interpolating between vacua and the SYM phase. These solutions can be interpreted as conformal interfaces between SYM and various conformal phases of the dual field theory in three dimensions. The solutions can also be embedded in massive type IIA theory by a consistent truncation on . We also find a number of singular Janus solutions interpolating between SYM or vacua and singularities or between singular…
