TL;DR
This paper explores various interpretations of the newly observed LHCb $P_c(4337)^+$ pentaquark, considering it as a meson-baryon bound state and analyzing its possible spin, parity, and coupled channel dynamics.
Contribution
It provides a comprehensive analysis of potential structures and origins of the $P_c(4337)^+$, including novel predictions of anticharmed meson - antitriplet charmed baryon bound states.
Findings
$P_c(4337)^+$ may be a $ar{D} ar{ ext{baryon}}$ bound state.
Coupled channel dynamics can explain the mass locations of $P_c$ states.
Predicted existence of new anticharmed meson - charmed baryon bound states.
Abstract
Recently the LHCb collaboration has observed a new pentaquark state, the . Owing to its proximity to the , , and thresholds, this new pentaquark might very well be a meson-baryon bound state. However its spin and parity have not been determined yet and none of the previous possibilities can be ruled out. We briefly explore a few of these options and the consequences they entail in the present manuscript: (i) the might be a bound state, (ii) the and might be and states close to threshold, respectively, where the Breit-Wigner mass might not correspond to the location of the poles, (iii) the locations of the and might be explained in terms of the $\bar{D}^*…
