Transversity through Dihadron: a constrained fit
A. Courtoy

TL;DR
This paper investigates the valence transversity parton distribution function using a constrained fitting approach, analyzing how constraints affect uncertainties and comparing the isovector tensor charge with lattice results.
Contribution
It introduces a constrained fitting method for valence transversity PDFs and examines the impact of constraints on uncertainties and tensor charge determination.
Findings
The isovector tensor charge remains largely undetermined.
Constraints influence the uncertainties of the transversity PDF.
Results are compatible with lattice evaluations.
Abstract
We present a study of the valence transversity PDF obtained through a constrained fit. The effects of the constraints on the uncertainties of the PDF are explored. We show that the resulting isovector tensor charge is largely undetermined and, hence, compatible with all lattice evaluations.
