TL;DR
This paper assigns the $5$053$ to the bottomonium family using a mixing scheme and studies its hidden-bottom decays involving $$ or $$ emissions, predicting measurable branching ratios for future experiments.
Contribution
It introduces a $4S$-$3D$ mixing scheme for $5$053$ and calculates its hidden-bottom decay widths considering coupled-channel effects with hadronic loops.
Findings
Decay processes have branching fractions of $10^{-4}$ to $10^{-3}$.
Results are accessible at Belle II and future experiments.
Supports the bottomonium assignment of $5$053$.
Abstract
In this work, we propose the - mixing scheme to assign the into the conventional bottomonium family. Under this interpretation, we further study its hidden-bottom hadronic decays with a or emission, which include , and (=0,1,2) processes. Since the is above the threshold, the coupled-channel effect cannot be ignored, thus, when calculating partial decay widths of these hidden-bottom decays, we apply the hadronic loop mechanism. Our result shows that these discussed decay processes own considerable branching fractions with the order of magnitude of , which can be accessible at Belle II and other future experiments.
