TL;DR
This paper investigates the potential to detect a light pseudo-scalar particle at LHCb across various decay channels, including novel ones like D meson pairs and di-photon, within specific theoretical models.
Contribution
It introduces new decay channels for light pseudo-scalars at LHCb and interprets the results within 4D Composite Higgs and Partial Compositeness models.
Findings
Identifies viable decay channels for light pseudo-scalars.
Provides sensitivity estimates for LHCb detection.
Connects experimental prospects with theoretical models.
Abstract
We study the possibility of observing a light pseudo-scalar at LHCb. We target the mass region GeV and various decay channels, some of which have never been considered before: muon pairs, tau pairs, meson pairs, and di-photon. We interpret the results in the context of models of 4D Composite Higgs and Partial Compositeness in particular.
