Abstract
The concept of energy-efficient computing is not new but recently the focus of the industries related to technology has been shifted towards energy utilization techniques with minimum energy loss. Computer Networks also needed to be energy efficient. Energy Consumption is also an important challenge in the Wireless Sensor network. Energy efficiency can be achieved with the help of clustering algorithms, energy-efficient routing methods, improved data aggregation schemes, and energy-efficient MAC protocols for WSN.
