W-exchange contributions in hadronic decays of bottom baryon $\Lambda_{b}$
Fayyazuddin

TL;DR
This paper investigates the W-exchange contributions in various nonleptonic decays of the bottom baryon Λ_b, highlighting the dominant role of W-exchange and analyzing specific decay channels with additional contributions.
Contribution
It provides a detailed analysis of W-exchange contributions in Λ_b decays, including baryon pole effects and parity considerations, which are less explored in prior studies.
Findings
W-exchange dominates the studied decays.
Baryon pole contribution affects the decay amplitude.
Additional parity-conserving contributions are significant.
Abstract
The nonleptonic decays and are studied. In addition, the decays are analyzed. For all these decays the dominant contribution comes from exchange, and for the decay , in addition to factorization, baryon pole contribution to the -wave (parity conserving) decay amplitude is discussed.
