Time crystals made of electron-positron pairs
Iwo Bialynicki-Birula, Zofia Bialynicka-Birula

TL;DR
This paper demonstrates that simplified models of electron-positron pairs and electric fields can spontaneously form time-crystal structures, exhibiting periodic modulations under specific parameters.
Contribution
It introduces a simplified model showing spontaneous formation of time-crystals from electron-positron pairs and electric fields, highlighting conditions for periodic behavior.
Findings
Periodic modulation of pair number and electric field observed.
Time-crystal structures can form spontaneously in the model.
Specific parameters lead to stable time-crystal behavior.
Abstract
It is shown that in the greatly simplified model of the mutually interacting electron-positron pairs and the electric field time-crystal structures can spontaneously form. For a special choice of parameters we find a periodic modulation of the pair number and the electric field.
