Distortion-Based Outer-Bounds for Channels with Rate-Limited Feedback
Alireza Vahid

TL;DR
This paper introduces a novel method for deriving outer-bounds on the capacity of networks with extremely limited feedback, linking achievable forward rates to feedback distortion levels.
Contribution
It proposes a new technique connecting forward channel rates with feedback distortion to establish capacity outer-bounds in low-rate feedback networks.
Findings
Derived outer-bounds for channels with ultra low-rate feedback.
Established a relationship between achievable rates and feedback distortion.
Provided a framework for analyzing capacity limits with minimal feedback.
Abstract
We present a new technique to obtain outer-bounds on the capacity region of networks with ultra low-rate feedback. We establish a connection between the achievable rates in the forward channel and the minimum distortion that can be attained over the feedback channel.
