Qing-Hong Cao, Jun-Ning Fu, Yandong Liu, Xiao-Hu Wang, Rui Zhang

TL;DR
This paper investigates how four-top-quark production data can constrain new physics resonances, analyzing both light and heavy cases and comparing full width and narrow width approximations.
Contribution
It provides a comprehensive analysis of constraints on top-philic new physics resonances using current experimental data, including the effects of resonance widths.
Findings
Constraints on light and heavy resonances are derived.
Full width effects are significant compared to narrow width approximation.
Current data limits the parameter space of top-philic new physics.
Abstract
We explore constraints on various new physics resonances from four top-quark production based on current experimental data. Both light and heavy resonances are studied in the work. A comparison of full width effect and narrow width approximation is also made.
