TL;DR
This paper investigates the structure of the meson $D^*_{s0}(2317)$ via $B$ meson decays using pQCD, finding predictions consistent with data and suggesting a smaller decay constant for the meson.
Contribution
It provides the first detailed pQCD-based analysis of $B$ decays involving $D^*_{s0}(2317)$, supporting a $ar cs$ scalar meson structure with specific decay constant estimates.
Findings
Predicted branching ratios align with experimental data.
Estimated $D^*_{s0}(2317)$ decay constant around 55-70 MeV.
Ratios $R_1$ and $R_2$ are consistent with current measurements.
Abstract
We probe the inner structure of the meson through the decays of to two charmed mesons within pQCD approach. Assuming as a scalar meson with structure, we find that the predictions for the branching ratios of the decays can explain data within errors. The branching ratios for the decays are estimated to reach up to order, which can be observed by the present LHCb and SuperKEKB experiments. In this work, the decay constant of the meson is an input parameter. Unfortunately, its value has been studied by many references but with large uncertainties. Our calculation shows that a smaller decay constant of the meson is supported by compared with the present data, say MeV. We…
