Svetlana Jitomirskaya, Wencai Liu

TL;DR
This paper introduces a new method to prove the vanishing of dynamical transport exponents in long-range quasiperiodic operators, bypassing transfer matrix techniques.
Contribution
It provides a simple, transfer matrix-free approach to analyze dynamical transport in long-range quasiperiodic operators.
Findings
Method successfully proves vanishing transport exponents
Applicable to long-range quasiperiodic operators
Simplifies analysis compared to traditional transfer matrix methods
Abstract
We present a simple method, not based on the transfer matrices, to prove vanishing of dynamical transport exponents. The method is applied to long range quasiperiodic operators.
