Quantum forced oscillator via Wigner transform
Andrea Sacchetti

TL;DR
This paper reviews the Wigner transform and applies it to solve the quantum forced harmonic and inverted oscillators, including analysis of tunneling effects, providing a comprehensive framework for understanding these quantum systems.
Contribution
It offers a complete solution to the quantum forced oscillator problems using the Wigner transform, including tunneling phenomena, which is a novel application of this method.
Findings
Explicit solutions for the quantum forced harmonic oscillator
Analysis of tunneling effects in the inverted oscillator
Demonstration of the Wigner transform's effectiveness in quantum dynamics
Abstract
In this paper we review the basic results concerning the Wigner transform and then we completely solve the quantum forced harmonic/inverted oscillator in such a framework; eventually, the tunnel effect for the forced inverted oscillator is discussed.
