Eren Mehmet K{\i}ral, Chan Ieong Kuan, Didier Lesesvre

TL;DR
This paper establishes subconvex bounds for twisted GL(3) L-functions using the circle method, improving understanding of their size in relation to the conductor in both t and p aspects.
Contribution
It introduces a novel application of the circle method to derive subconvexity bounds for GL(3) L-functions twisted by prime modulus characters.
Findings
Achieved subconvex bounds in t and p aspects
Enhanced understanding of GL(3) L-functions behavior
Demonstrated effectiveness of circle method in higher rank cases
Abstract
Using the circle method, we obtain subconvex bounds for GL(3) L-functions twisted by a character modulo a prime p, hybrid in the t and p-aspects.
