TL;DR
This paper updates the analysis of the $mbda u$SSM model in light of the latest $(g-2)_mbda$ muon magnetic moment results, showing that the model can still account for the observed discrepancy.
Contribution
The paper provides new limits on the $mbda u$SSM parameters using the latest $(g-2)_mbda$ data, demonstrating the model's continued viability in explaining the muon anomaly.
Findings
Significant regions of the $mbda u$SSM can explain the new $(g-2)_mbda$ data.
Updated parameter space constraints for the electroweak sector.
The model remains compatible with all other experimental constraints.
Abstract
The SSM is a highly predictive alternative model to the MSSM. In particular, the electroweak sector of the model can explain the longstanding discrepancy between the experimental result for the anomalous magnetic moment of the muon, , and its Standard Model prediction, while being in agreement with all other theoretical and experimental constraints. The recently published MUON G-2 result is within in agreement with the older BNL result on . The combined result was announced as , yielding a new deviation from the Standard Model prediction of , corresponding to . Using this improved bound we update the analysis in the SSM as presented in Ref. [1] and set new limits on the allowed parameters space of the electroweak sector…
