A.Yu. Korchin, V.A. Kovalchuk

TL;DR
This paper investigates how non-Hermitian Yukawa interactions affect the decay distributions of the Higgs boson into tau leptons and pions, revealing potential signals of CP violation and non-Hermiticity.
Contribution
It introduces the analysis of non-Hermitian Yukawa interactions in Higgs decays, exploring their impact on angular distributions and CP violation observables.
Findings
Non-Hermiticity influences angular distributions of decay products.
Asymmetries sensitive to CP violation and non-Hermiticity are proposed.
Decay distributions can reveal non-Hermitian effects in Higgs-tau interactions.
Abstract
The differential rate of the decay of the Higgs boson () to a pair of leptons with their subsequent decay in the and channels is studied. The Yukawa interaction between the Higgs boson and the leptons is assumed to include scalar () and pseudoscalar () couplings. Angular distributions of the pions in the decay are considered. For real values of the and couplings, this decay is known to be a source of information on violation in the interaction. In the present paper, the main attention is paid to a possible non-Hermiticity of this interaction. Influence of non-Hermiticity on the distribution of the angle between planes of the and decays, and…
