Antonio Auffinger, Cathy Xi Chen

TL;DR
This paper derives the TAP equations for the Ghatak-Sherrington spin glass model using the cavity method, valid at high temperatures and all crystal field values, confirming previous predictions.
Contribution
It provides a rigorous derivation of the TAP equations for this model, extending their validity across temperature and crystal field ranges.
Findings
TAP equations derived for the Ghatak-Sherrington model
Derivation confirms Yokota's predictions
Method applicable at high temperature and all crystal fields
Abstract
We derive the Thouless-Anderson-Palmer (TAP) equations for the Ghatak and Sherrington model. Our derivation, based on the cavity method, holds at high temperature and at all values of the crystal field. It confirms the prediction of Yokota.
