Correlated evolution: models and methods
Guillaume Achaz, Julien Dutheil

TL;DR
This paper reviews models and methods for understanding correlated evolution across traits, genetic components, and between traits and genetics within genomes, species, or individuals.
Contribution
It provides a comprehensive overview of existing models and methods for analyzing correlated evolution in various biological contexts.
Findings
Summarizes models for correlated trait evolution
Describes methods for genetic component correlation
Discusses correlations between traits and genetics
Abstract
In this article, we review the different models and methods to understand and estimate correlated evolution within the same genome, individual or species. We describe correlated evolution among traits, among genetic components and finally between traits and genetics.
