Arithmetic Digit Manipulation and The Conway Base-13 Function
Lyam K. Boylan

TL;DR
This paper demonstrates how standard arithmetic operations can be used to perform digit manipulation tasks by providing a closed-form representation of the Conway Base-13 Function over integers.
Contribution
It introduces a novel closed-form expression for the Conway Base-13 Function, showcasing digit manipulation capabilities within basic arithmetic.
Findings
Closed-form representation of the Conway Base-13 Function.
Demonstrates digit manipulation using standard arithmetic.
Highlights potential for arithmetic-based digit functions.
Abstract
To demonstrate the ability in standard arithmetic operations to perform a variety of digit manipulation tasks, a closed-form representation of the Conway Base-13 Function over the integers is given.
