Shock Waves in Relativistic Anisotropic Hydrodynamics
Aleksandr Kovalenko, Andrey Leonidov

TL;DR
This paper investigates shock wave solutions in anisotropic relativistic hydrodynamics, revealing a novel anisotropy-related angular deflection of flow and detailing velocity and momentum transformations at the shock front.
Contribution
It introduces the phenomenon of anisotropy-induced angular deflection in shock waves within relativistic hydrodynamics and analyzes velocity and momentum transformations.
Findings
Discovered anisotropy-related angular deflection of flow by shock waves
Described velocity and momentum transformation patterns at shock fronts
Presented new insights into shock wave behavior in anisotropic relativistic fluids
Abstract
Shock wave solutions in anisotropic relativistic hydrodynamics are considered. A new phenomenon of anisotropy-related angular deflection of the incident flow by the shock wave front is described. Patterns of velocity and momentum transformation by the shock wave front are described.
