Modeling same-order modes of multicell cavities
Olof Troeng

TL;DR
This paper derives and validates a transfer function model for parasitic same-order modes in multicell cavities, aiding in understanding and mitigating their effects in accelerator systems.
Contribution
It introduces a new transfer function model specifically for parasitic same-order modes in multicell cavities, validated against experimental data.
Findings
Model accurately predicts parasitic mode behavior.
Comparison shows good agreement with measurements.
Provides a tool for cavity design optimization.
Abstract
We derive the transfer function of a multicell cavity with parasitic same-order modes (from power coupler to pickup probe). The derived model is discussed and compared to measurement data.
