TL;DR
This paper provides an update on the ICEYE microsatellite SAR constellation, detailing its current status and describing the features of its first commercial imaging modes for all-weather Earth observation.
Contribution
It introduces the first operational microsatellite-based X-band SAR sensors and evaluates their imaging modes in a commercial setting.
Findings
Successful deployment of the ICEYE constellation
Operational imaging modes suitable for all-weather conditions
First commercial X-band SAR sensors in microsatellites
Abstract
The ICEYE constellation features the first operational microsatellite based X-band SAR sensors suitable for all weather day-and-night Earth Observation. In this paper, we report on the status of the ICEYE Constellation and describe the characteristics of the first operational imaging modes.
