A strongly universal cellular automaton on the heptagrid with seven states
Maurice Margenstern

TL;DR
This paper presents a new strongly universal cellular automaton on the heptagrid with only seven states, improving previous models that required ten states, and maintains rotation invariance.
Contribution
The paper introduces a more efficient seven-state strongly universal cellular automaton on the heptagrid, reducing the number of states needed from ten to seven.
Findings
Successfully constructed a seven-state automaton that is strongly universal
Automaton is rotation invariant
Improves upon previous ten-state automaton
Abstract
In this paper, we prove that there is a strongly universal cellular automaton on the heptagrid with seven states which is rotation invariant. This improves a previous paper of the author where the automaton required ten states.
