Notes on relaxation of the resonant model using a scattering approach
Alexander Semenov

TL;DR
This paper presents a non-perturbative scattering approach to the resonant model, demonstrating its equivalence with NEGF and Landauer-Buttiker methods for describing quantum transport.
Contribution
It introduces a scattering-based non-perturbative framework for the resonant model, aligning with established NEGF and Landauer-Buttiker approaches.
Findings
Scattering approach matches NEGF and Landauer-Buttiker results
Provides a non-perturbative description of the resonant model
Validates the scattering method as an alternative framework
Abstract
Here we consider a non-perturbative description of the non-interacting resonant model using a scattering approach employed in JCP 152(24) 244126 (2020). We showed that such description coincides with the standard NEGF and Landauer-Buttiker approaches.
