TL;DR
This paper derives the off-shell component structure of eleven-dimensional supergravity with four local supersymmetries, including auxiliary fields, organized into specific group representations, advancing understanding of supergravity formulations.
Contribution
It presents the first explicit off-shell component formulation of 11D supergravity with four supersymmetries, including auxiliary fields and their organization into symmetry groups.
Findings
Added 201 auxiliary bosons and 56 auxiliary fermions.
Components organized into SL(2,C) x G2 representations.
Provides a linearized off-shell supergravity multiplet.
Abstract
We derive the component structure of 11D, supergravity linearized around eleven-dimensional Minkowski space. This theory represents 4 local supersymmetries closing onto 4 of the 11 spacetime translations without the use of equations of motion. It may be interpreted as adding auxiliary bosons and auxiliary fermions to the physical supergravity multiplet for a total of components. These components and their transformations are organized into representations of .
