Abstract
In this paper, we study the twisted basic Dolbeault cohomology and transverse hard Lefschetz theorem on a transverse Kahler foliation. And we give some properties for -harmonic forms and prove the Kodaira-Serre type duality for the twisted basic Dolbeault cohomology.
