TL;DR
This paper reports the first measurement of the absolute branching fraction of the decay $ambda_c^+ o p K^0_S eta$ using data from the BESIII detector, providing new experimental insight into charmed baryon decays.
Contribution
The study provides the first absolute measurement of the $ambda_c^+ o p K^0_S eta$ decay branching fraction, aligning with previous relative measurements and theoretical models.
Findings
Measured branching fraction: (0.414 ± 0.084 ± 0.028)%
Result compatible with previous CLEO measurements
Consistent with SU(3) flavor symmetry predictions
Abstract
Based on 586 of annihilation data collected at a center-of-mass energy of with the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider, the absolute branching fraction of decays is measured for the first time to be , where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second is systematic. The result is compatible with a previous CLEO result on the relative branching fraction , and consistent with theoretical predictions of SU(3) flavor symmetry.
