Ammar Kasem, Shaaban Khalil

TL;DR
This paper explores quantum cosmology on manifolds with torsion, demonstrating a two-stage inflationary process driven by torsion effects within a PT-symmetric Hamiltonian framework.
Contribution
It introduces a quantum cosmology model incorporating torsion and PT-symmetry, revealing novel inflationary dynamics not previously modeled.
Findings
Torsion induces a two-stage inflationary process.
Universe evolution reflects torsion effects in semiclassical regimes.
Model compatible with Einstein-Cartan theory and cosmological principle.
Abstract
We extend the treatment of quantum cosmology to a manifold with torsion. We adopt a model of Einstein-Cartan-Sciama-Kibble compatible with the cosmological principle. The universe wavefunction will be subject to a -symmetric Hamiltonian. With a vanishing energy-momentum tensor, the universe evolution in the semiclassical and classical regimes is shown to reflect a two-stage inflationary process induced by torsion.
