TL;DR
This paper presents a new integral representation for the Lambert W function, including a novel integral form for the constant a=W(1), expanding analytical tools for special functions.
Contribution
It introduces a new integral representation for the Lambert W function and the a=W(1) constant, based on a previously published problem and solution.
Findings
New integral representation for Lambert W function
Derived integral form for the a=W(1) constant
Potential applications in analytical computations
Abstract
Based on a Problem and its solution published on the pages of SIAM Review, we give an interesting integral representation for the Lambert function in this short note. In particular, our result yields a new integral representation for the constant as well.
