G\"ul\c{s}en Karakoyun, \"Umit Ak{\i}nc{\i}

TL;DR
This paper investigates the critical properties and phase diagrams of generalized spin-S magnetic binary alloys using effective field theory, revealing how transition types and tricritical points evolve with concentration and spin value.
Contribution
It provides a comprehensive analysis of phase diagrams for generalized spin-S alloys, including transition types and tricritical points, extending previous specific case studies.
Findings
Transition types depend on concentration and spin value.
Presence of tricritical points varies with parameters.
Critical concentration is independent of spin value for certain alloys.
Abstract
Critical properties of the generalized spin-S magnetic binary alloys represented by have been investigated within the framework of EFT. By inspecting the evolution of the phase diagrams with the concentration for several spin values, general results have been obtained. Obtained results cover the results obtained for special cases in the literature. Type of the transition (first/second order), as well as the presence of the tricritical point have been determined for general spin models. It has also been shown that, the same critical concentration value exist in the system, regardless of the spin value for binary alloy consist of half integer-integer spin alloy.
