Abstract
We evaluate Scott Galloway's T-algorithm as a thinking framework via a simulated case. We explain how we applied it to analyze the investment strategies when starting a new university. We note that the algorithm can be used to describe but also prescribe the strategy design space. We also point weak and strong points of the said algorithm and compare it to existing tools such as the Business canvas model and SWOT.
