Considering the use of artificial intelligence for greater personalization of patient care and better management of human and material resources may seem like an opportunity not to be missed. In order to offer a better humanization of the care pathway, artificial intelligence is a tool that decision-makers in the hospital sector must appropriate by taking care of the new ethical issues and conflicts of values that this technology generates.
