Effective Field Theories and Lattice for Hard Probes
Nora Brambilla

TL;DR
This paper discusses how effective quantum field theories and lattice QCD methods are increasingly collaborating to enhance the study of hard probes in quantum chromodynamics, highlighting recent progress and future prospects.
Contribution
It reviews recent advances in combining effective field theories with lattice QCD for studying hard probes and explores future research directions.
Findings
Progress in integrating effective theories with lattice QCD
Enhanced understanding of hard probes in QCD
Identification of promising future research avenues
Abstract
Effective Quantum Field Theories and QCD Lattice methods have become more and more complementary and mutually supportive in the study of Hard Probes. I present some of the progress that this alliance already delivered and I discuss future opportunities.
