TL;DR
This paper reports precise measurements of the cross-section and form factors for the process $e^+e^- o ext{Xi}^-ar{ ext{Xi}}^+$ near threshold energies, finding no significant threshold effects.
Contribution
First measurement of the cross-section and form factors for $e^+e^- o ext{Xi}^-ar{ ext{Xi}}^+$ near threshold energies at BESIII.
Findings
No significant threshold effect observed.
Cross-sections measured at eight energies between 2.644 and 3.080 GeV.
Effective form factors determined for the process.
Abstract
The Born cross-sections and effective form factors for process are measured at eight center-of-mass energies between 2.644 and 3.080 GeV, using a total integrated luminosity of 363.9 pb collision data collected with the BESIII detector at BEPCII. After performing a fit to the Born cross-section of , no significant threshold effect is observed.
