Steve Dussault, Valerio Faraoni

TL;DR
This paper uncovers a novel symmetry in the Einstein-Friedmann equations for flat universes, enabling new solution methods for scalar field cosmologies and applications to perfect fluids.
Contribution
It introduces a new symmetry in the Einstein-Friedmann equations and demonstrates its utility as a solution-generating technique for scalar field universes.
Findings
Identifies a new symmetry in the Einstein-Friedmann equations.
Provides a method to generate solutions for scalar field universes.
Shows applicability to barotropic perfect fluids.
Abstract
We report a new symmetry of the Einstein-Friedmann equations for spatially flat Friedmann- Lema\^itre-Robertson-Walker universes. We discuss its application to barotropic perfect fluids and its use as a solution-generating technique for scalar field universes.
