Qin Qin, Yin-Fa Shen, Fu-Sheng Yu

TL;DR
This paper assesses the discovery potential of double-charm tetraquarks at LHCb and future colliders, estimating production rates and decay channels to facilitate their detection in upcoming experiments.
Contribution
It provides the first detailed estimates of production cross sections and decay modes of double-charm tetraquarks at LHCb and Tera-Z factories, highlighting promising detection strategies.
Findings
LHCb can produce around 10^8 double-charm tetraquarks at 13 TeV.
Specific decay channels are identified as promising for detection.
Estimated production rates at future Tera-Z factories are discussed.
Abstract
In this study, we investigate the discovery potential of double-charm tetraquarks . We find that their production cross sections at the LHCb with TeV reach pb, which indicates that the LHCb has collected such particles. Through the decay channels of or (if stable) or (if unstable), it is highly expected that they get discovered at the LHCb in the near future. We also discuss the productions and decays of the double-charm tetraquarks at future Tera- factories.
